Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I still am on a high from all of the sweets I have consumed over the past few days:) And I will admit I may have consumed a little ummm okay, a lot of chocolate while creating this week's card for Stampin' Royalty:)
This week we have a sketch for you
and here's my take on it:
I really do love this saying from SU!'s Pursuit of Happiness stamp set. If there has been one thing that I have learned over the past little while is that I really need to embrace what I have and make the best of it:)
I started with a Natural Ivory card base then stamped the Hello Doily BG stamp and spritzed the card stock with the Colour Spritzer Tool and an Island Indigo Marker. For the main panel I stamped images from Lacy and Lovely (one of my all time favourite sets) using More Mustard and Riding Hood Red Inks.

Sigh. I guess you somehow knew I didn't buy that set yet. I really will get it. You can stop the torture at any point. ;) Beautiful card my friend! I too am running on a sugar high. I think us women need that to get through the holidays!

I agree - this is an awesome sentiment and something that everyone needs to keep in mind. :-) I love the soft colors of your card. It's lovely!
