Okay, no I didn't fall off the face of the earth or get whisked away somewhere exotic, lets just leave it at I have had two very stressful weeks. This is my "Happy Place" and I would like to keep it that way, lol!
So, onward to the crafting!
These are the projects I will be making with my Stamp Club this month. I wanted to show them how versitle the Two Step Bird Punch could be. It is great for both Masculine and Feminine projects and of course for all those fun think outside the box punch creations. We will also be using the Sale a Bration Vintage Labels Stamp Set (get it FREE with a $65 purchase!)
This cute little bag was created with the Fancy Favour Sizzix Die for the Big Shot-A Stampin' Up! Exclusive. I created a vintage feel by using the Jumbo Wheel Very Vintage and rolled it randomly ovet the Kraft Card Stock using Chocolate Chip Ink. The Patterned paper is from the Bella Bleu Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. Everything was heavily sponged with Creamy Caramel Ink.
This is a super fun card and uses the wings of the Two Step Bird Punch to create Tulips! I punched out 9 wings from Pale Plum Textured Card Stock and sponged them with coordinating ink. The vase was created using the Wide Oval Punch to punch out Rich Razzleberry Card Stock, again I used my Stampin' Sponges to create depth with the matching Ink. See the cool scalloped white piece? They are the Hugs Notes found in the Occasions Mini, perfect for stamping and layering on. The DSP is from the Cottage Wall pack.
This Easel card has a more masculine feel to it. I love how it uses a different type of fold but the best part is it folds up to fit inside a standard envelope. The base of the card is Taken With Teal Card Stock and the DSP for this card is from the Sweet Pea Paper Pack, definately a must have item from the Mini Catalogue. Of course the yummy Chocolate Chip Cord Button finishes it off and holds the card front up right.
Have a great day and happy Stampin'

I love the 2 step bird punch and all the wonderful idea's that can be created. I made some tulips but not nearly as good as yours. I'm the most impressed with the leaves. That was a real battle for me. Thanks for sharing your creativity

I love your work! The Easel Card is a cool card, I've been trying to find out how to do this. I also love the rose you made. This is my first time to see your blog but I'm now subscribed to get updates in my box. I was very impressed with my first visit to your blog and I look forward to many more. I'm also excited to see how you made that beautiful rose.
