Well here we are on day 8 of the Stampin' Up! Artisan Award blog hop, so far between us we have shared 64 projects! Hopefully you have enjoyed all of them and maybe they have even encouraged you try something new:) If you have been following a long you should have arrived her from the very talented Laura Mellinger's blog, and if not there is a full list of all of the blog's at the end of this post, so be sure to check out their amazing projects.
Hmmm with only 3 projects left I was trying to decide what to show next, but finally decided on one of my cards. This one was the last card that I made and again it was made the night before I shipped my package off so I appologize for the poor picture but again it was taken in the UPS store!
This wedding card looks so much better IRL. I also had stamped and decorated the inside but I was in such a rush that day that I didn't get a picture of it. The base of the card is Basic Gray Textured card stock and the card measures 3x6. I tried to create several different sizes of cards for my entries. I layered on a piece of Basic Black Textured then an embossed layer of Sahara Sand. I die cut the black Scallop Heart Embosslit, then punch out another heart with the Full Heart Punch from Shimmer White Card stock. Next was what took the longest! I punched out several little flowers from Shimmer White then carefully placed them all over the heart; covering it. Then I used my Paper Piercer and placed mini Pearl Jewels in the center of each flower. Now if you looked closely at the photo you can see that one of the pearls is missing! I didn't realized it until I got home and uploaded the photo to my computer-I could have cried, but I guess it was not detrimental in the end:) To make the sentiment a strong focal point I punched out 2 flowers from Pretty in Pink then place the tag under it.
Supplies used:
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes, Baroque Motiffs (on the inside)
Ink: Basic Black
Paper: Textured Basic Gray and Basic Black, Sahara Sand, Pretty in PInk
Accessories: Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon, Big Sot, Vintage Wall Paper Folder, Scallop Heart Of Hearts Embosslit, Full Heat Punch, Jewlery Tag Punch, Pearl Jewels, Itty Bitty Punch Shapes Pack

Are ya kidding? you took the picture at the UPS Store! You are an amazing woman Jenn. I too love the punched flowers! The addition of the sole pink bloom really pulls it all together! :)
