So it we are getting ever so close to Studio Calico's June Kit reveal and I thought I would just pop in here one more time before reveal to share a look at a Stamp set add on with matching die called Howdy.
I got the chance to create only one card using this set for the reveal gallery but I know it will be seeing ink again soon as I just loved working with it.
And before I go I thought I would share what I will be adding to my order this month along with my Project Life Subscription as well as some of the must have I used this month for my gallery projects.
Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Markers- They come in Gold, Silver and Clear and are an easy, quick and no mess way to add gorgeous subtle glitter to any project. I used the Gold on my card pictured above to colour in the building window and sunburst.
Studio Calico Craft Dies- I am totally in love with my Big Shot and the clean finished edges of manual metal die cuts. This month I am happy to see the Star Confetti Die, Symbols and Transportation dies back in stock. I had the Star Confetti already so the other two just promptly jumped into my shopping cart;)
Gelatos- I have always really enjoyed watercolouring, I find it so relaxing (well except when I screw up,lol) but in the past I have used inks and watercolor palettes to do so. Well this month I dove into the world of Gelatos and I must say they are so creamy and blend beautifully. This set comes with a wonderful waterbrush, blending tools and 28 amazing colours. I can't wait to play with them more!
Embossing Powders- Yup it's true, I may have a bit of an addiction when it comes to heat embossing. It is one of my favourite ways to give a quick pop of interest and added texture to a project. And I love how fine the ZING powders are. They melt so evenly and create a beautiful result.
So those are just a few of the things that are on my must have list, I am sure there will be more after reveal tomorrow;)
